Operations Support Manager

Elizabeth is the Operations Support Manager, responsible for overseeing operational programme support functions which widely comprise the management of security vetting, travel logistics, equipment procurement and shipping, statutory authorisations and client reporting.

Elizabeth holds a first class History Degree from the University of Birmingham.  After holding positions within the education and recruitment industries, she entered the security sector, joining New Century in 2010.  

Initially Elizabeth deputised to the Manager of the Operations Support Department, but was quickly promoted into this role.  Her team forms the hub of project preparation and support activity, providing essential sustainment and services to programme personnel, thus optimising their ability to deliver effect to clients.
